These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of https://virasatjaipur.com (the “Website”) and the services offered by Virasat Heritage Restaurant (“Virasat”, “we”, “us”), located at Delhi Road, near Sai Baba Temple, Kukas, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302028, India. By accessing the Website, placing a booking or dining with us you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking or payment on the Website. By booking, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to make the reservation on behalf of all guests in your party.

2. Table Reservations

• A reservation request submitted online is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation message (SMS, WhatsApp or email) from Virasat or when the advance payment, if applicable, is successful.
• Tables are held for 15 minutes past the reserved time. After this, the table may be released to waiting guests and any advance may be forfeited as per the Refund Policy.
• Seating (floor/bajot or table) and venue preferences are honoured subject to availability. We may allot an alternative hall of equivalent standard when necessary.
• Groups of 10 or more, and all event bookings, require prior confirmation and may require an advance.
• Virasat reserves the right to refuse or cancel a reservation in cases of suspected fraud, abusive behaviour, force majeure or operational constraints, with a full refund of any advance paid.

3. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Menu prices, thali rates and offers may change without notice; the price applicable is the one displayed at the time of billing or booking confirmation.
• Online advance payments are processed by third-party payment gateways. Virasat does not store your card or bank details. Payment gateway convenience charges, if any, are shown before you pay.
• Discounts, coupons and offers cannot be combined unless expressly stated and are not redeemable for cash.
• Invoices are issued at the restaurant or by email/WhatsApp for advance payments.

4. Events & Banquets

• Event bookings (Parampara Banquet Hall, lawn or private dining) are confirmed only on signing of a booking form/quotation and receipt of the agreed advance.
• Final guest count and menu must be confirmed at least 7 days before the event. Billing is on the confirmed guaranteed count or actual attendance, whichever is higher.
• The host is responsible for the conduct of their guests and for any damage to property, décor or equipment beyond normal wear and tear.
• Fireworks, open flames, and DJ/sound beyond legally permitted hours and decibel limits are not allowed. Necessary licences and permissions for the event are the host's responsibility unless agreed in writing.

5. Guest Conduct & House Rules

• Virasat is a family restaurant. Outside food, beverages and alcohol are strictly not permitted.
• Smoking is not allowed inside dining halls.
• Please respect our artists, staff and other guests. We reserve the right to refuse service or ask a guest to leave for disorderly, abusive or unsafe behaviour, without refund.
• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Please take care on stairs, near water features and around the performance area.
• Personal photography is welcome. Commercial photography, drone use or filming requires prior written permission.
• Virasat is not responsible for loss of or damage to personal belongings or vehicles parked on the premises.

6. Food, Allergies & Dietary Requirements

Our kitchen is 100% vegetarian. Dishes may contain or come into contact with nuts, dairy, gluten and other allergens. Please inform your captain of any allergy or dietary requirement (including Jain/no onion-garlic) before ordering. While we take every care, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

7. Website Use & Intellectual Property

• All content on the Website — text, images, logos, menus, videos and design — is the property of Virasat or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use it commercially without written permission.
• You agree not to misuse the Website, attempt unauthorised access to staff/admin areas, place fraudulent bookings, or interfere with its operation.
• Information on the Website (timings, prices, availability, images) is provided in good faith and may be updated at any time. Images are representative and actual décor, dishes or presentation may vary.

8. Third-Party Services

The Website may include links to or integrations with third-party services (payment gateways, maps, social media, review platforms). Their use is subject to their own terms and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Virasat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of the Website or our services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a booking is limited to the amount actually paid by you for that booking. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Indian consumer protection law.

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural calamities, extreme weather, government orders, strikes, power or utility failures, or public-health restrictions. In such cases we will offer to reschedule your booking or refund the advance paid.

11. Governing Law & Disputes
